The health and safety of our practice members and team members is a priority!

All practice members, visitors and staff must answer NO to ALL of the following questions to be allowed to enter our office:

  1. Have you travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?
  2. Have you tested positive for COVID-19, OR had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 without wearing appropriate PPE?
  3. Do you have ANY of the following symptoms?
    New onset of cough
    Worsening chronic cough
    Shortness of breath
    Difficulty breathing
    Sore throat
    Difficulty swallowing
    Decrease or loss of sens of taste or smell
    Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscles aches (myalgias)
    Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
    Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
    Runny nose or nasal conjestion without other known cause
  4.  IF you are person over 70 years of age or older, are you experiencing any of the following symptoms?
    Unexplained or increase number of falls
    Acute functional decline
    Worsening of chronic conditons

3-  Contacting the office –
Email is going to be the best way to connect with us as Pam will be working remotely to help you and support me. Please let us know if you prefer us use a different email to contact you. Phone message will be checked at the end of each shift. 613-387-3703.

4- Appointment Protocols – Please continue to arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment and come ahead into our office wearing your mask and we will do the COVID-19 screening inside.  We have included the guidelines below from our governing body below so you are aware of our safety measures.

5- Contactless Payments – As we try to limit the amount of contact in our office, we encourage all patients to consider using their credit card for payment.  Our new system will allow us to securely store this data which save you steps in the office.  We will automatically email you the statement with the transaction details.
